Use of the dashboard

NK/ABS Dashboard is an internal business operations tool for authorized users. By accessing the dashboard, you agree to use it only for approved business purposes, in accordance with your assigned role, company policies, and applicable laws.

Authorized access

Access is limited to invited users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for actions performed through your account. Do not share access, bypass security controls, or attempt to view or change information outside your authorization.

Permitted use

The dashboard may be used to support ecommerce operations, including:

• Order, fulfillment, return, and inventory management.
• Advertising report imports, performance analysis, and proposed spend workflows.
• Customer service case tracking and operational reporting.
• Authorized integrations with ecommerce, advertising, email, carrier, and productivity platforms.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the dashboard, export or disclose data without authorization, interfere with integrations or security controls, upload malicious content, use the dashboard for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to use.

Third-party services

The dashboard connects to third-party platforms such as ecommerce marketplaces, advertising platforms, email providers, carrier services, and productivity tools. Use of those services remains subject to each provider’s own terms, policies, permissions, and account settings.

Data accuracy

The dashboard depends on data provided by connected systems and uploaded reports. Reports, sync results, delivery estimates, inventory values, and analytics are provided for operational decision-making and should be reviewed when used for critical business actions.

Changes and availability

Dashboard features, integrations, permissions, and workflows may be updated, paused, or removed as business needs change. Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are violated or if access is no longer required.
