NK/ABS Dashboard

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Overview

NK/ABS Dashboard is a private internal business operations application used by authorized team members to manage ecommerce operations, advertising reports, inventory, order fulfillment, customer support workflows, and related business reporting. This policy explains what information the application collects or processes, why it is used, how it is shared, how it is retained, and how authorized users can request help with their information.

Information we collect and process

Depending on a user’s role and the integrations authorized for the business, the dashboard may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • Dashboard account information: authorized user name, email address, role, login status, access permissions, and activity needed to operate the app.
  • Ecommerce operations data: order numbers, order status, product details, SKU information, inventory data, fulfillment status, return details, shipment details, tracking numbers, carrier information, and operational notes.
  • Customer service data: customer name, customer email, order references, case details, message metadata, message content when needed for support workflows, and internal resolution notes.
  • Advertising and report data: campaign names, ad group names, account identifiers, dates, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue-related metrics, and uploaded or imported report files.
  • Technical and security data: sync logs, error messages, timestamps, integration status, audit logs, and usage events needed to troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the dashboard.

Google user data and Google API usage

If Google services are connected, NK/ABS Dashboard may request access to Google user data only for the features approved by the authorized user or administrator. This may include reading authorized Gmail report emails and report attachments for advertising report ingestion, retrieving Google Ads account and campaign metrics for business reporting, and maintaining related sync status needed to operate the dashboard.

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing dashboard functionality requested by the business user, including importing reports, displaying metrics, reconciling performance data, maintaining sync history, troubleshooting failed imports, and supporting authorized internal business reporting. Google user data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, used to create consumer profiles, or used for any purpose outside the dashboard features described here.

The app requests only the Google access needed for the connected workflow. Authorized users can review or revoke Google access from their Google Account settings, and the dashboard administrator can remove app access for internal users.

How information is used

Information is used for the following business purposes:

  • Operate ecommerce, fulfillment, return, inventory, shipping, and customer support workflows.
  • Import, reconcile, and display advertising, sales, and operational reports.
  • Maintain audit history, sync status, operational logs, and troubleshooting records.
  • Secure the dashboard, manage user access, prevent unauthorized activity, and enforce role-based permissions.
  • Generate internal business analytics and operational performance views for authorized users.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is not sold. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the dashboard, including with trusted service providers that host, secure, process, or support the application; connected third-party platforms authorized by the business; and authorized internal users who need access for their assigned business role. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the security, rights, or operation of the application.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for user-facing dashboard functionality and related security or troubleshooting purposes, and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a user-authorized integration.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to support business operations, reporting, audit history, troubleshooting, security, legal obligations, and integration maintenance. Some operational records may be retained to preserve order history, financial reporting, customer support history, and data reconciliation. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, archived, or de-identified according to business requirements.

Security

NK/ABS Dashboard uses access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, operational logging, and platform security controls to help protect data. No system can guarantee complete security, but access is limited to authorized users and integrations are configured for approved business use.

User choices, deletion, and access requests

Authorized dashboard users may request account access changes, correction of dashboard account information, removal of access, deletion of data that is not required for business, legal, security, audit, or reporting obligations, or help with connected account permissions by contacting the dashboard administrator. Google account access can also be reviewed or revoked from the user’s Google Account security settings.

When access is revoked, the dashboard stops using that Google connection for future syncs. Previously imported operational records may be retained only as needed for internal reporting, audit history, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or business recordkeeping.

Children’s privacy

NK/ABS Dashboard is a business application and is not intended for children. It is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as dashboard features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
